Admission Testing Account Manger

We have an amazing opportunity for Admission Testing Account Manager!

The postholder will be responsible for supporting AT (Admissions Testing) customers. This includes confirming school requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of customer needs, arranging delivery and collection of customer materials and responding to customer queries, taking ownership of issues and liaising internally to resolve.

The Role:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively liaising with AT customers to confirm service requirements and orders in line with company needs.
  • Working closely with the wider Admissions team to ensure customer requirements can be met.
  • Taking ownership of and resolving customer issues.
  • Responsibility for complete end to end customer journey and communications through a given year with assigned schools.
  • Providing monthly reporting as required by AT KACE Manager.
  • Participating in internal meetings as required, liaising with internal colleagues over customer requirements
  • Maintaining records of customer contact and other records as directed by the ATKAM.
  • Work with Education Consultant as required to assist in generating new business.
  • Ownership of all deliveries and collections through to completion, resolving any issues through the process as required.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to resolve any discrepancies with returns and work to resolve and provide regular info to AT project & quality manager.
  • Achievement of Key Performance Indicators, including AT customer retention rates, revenue growth achieved and renewed, SLA targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records across accounts.
  • Ensure deadlines and targets are successfully achieved.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing customers, together with generating new business.


  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Methodical, very organised approach to work with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and competent user of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work to own initiatives and deadlines
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs and prioritise as required
  • Positive and professional attitude in all dealings, even when under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Confident in dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Eager to progress with the opportunity to define and develop the role moving forward.

Education and Experience required:

  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Will have acquired minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service/sales environment.
  • Ideally experience of the UK education market and assessment products.

Hours: Permanent – Full Time 37.5 hours

Salary: Up to £26,000
