International Account Executive

Are you an excellent communicator with sales experience who has a passion for education?

The International Account Executive is a key part of the international business development and customer support activities. You will be responsible for customer communications and relationship development, low-level account management and increasing attendance to our workshops and events. The role requires both an interest in providing exceptional customer service as well as a drive to hit sales targets.

What we are looking for:

  • A proven track record of telesales activity and lead generation.
  • Be able to develop strong relationships with customer accounts to ensure the renewal of products used.
  • The ability to grow revenue on accounts managed through cross and up sales ensuring customer needs are met appropriately.
  • Process customer quotes and orders with 100% accuracy and within target response times.
  • Set up customer accounts correctly ensuring all information is gathered and reflected on testing accounts.
  • Customer service experience essential.
  • Self-motivated and results focused individual.
  • Excellent and efficient communicator.
  • International knowledge and Cultural awareness.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
  • High level of IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM systems, Financial systems).
  • Flexibility to meet needs of the International Team.

Location: Brentford, West London (TW8)

The hours of work are Mon – Fri 7.30am - 4pm

Salary: £24k - £26k + capped bonus
