The role will lead a team of International Consultants who are responsible for generating new business in their territories, nurturing key accounts and ensuring revenue growth within their regions. A strong pedagogical background is necessary to ensure credibility within the market and to upskill the educational sector knowledge of Consultants. A role model to others, the postholder will lead by example with the delivery of a value based service to customers.
The International Consultant will be accountable for the development and delivery of strategic business growth across their allocated territory. They will develop quarterly plans to support continued growth and increase the market share of international schools, as well as working with existing customers to increase their use of the GL portfolio.
The Education Advisers are the lead contact with key individuals within centrally purchasing Multi Academy Trusts, as well as SLT, assessment and data leads and exam officers at schools within our most important multi academy trusts. Through these relationships we provide wide-ranging and in-depth support to teaching and learning in their schools.
The Education Advisor works with schools to help ensure they get the maximum value from the assessments that they have bought. It is largely a desk-based role, communicating with Senior Leaders and Data Managers in schools and MAT advising them on what more they could do with the reports they get from running our assessments in their schools.

We have an amazing opportunity for Admission Testing Account Manager!
The postholder will be responsible for supporting AT (Admissions Testing) customers. This includes confirming school requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of customer needs, arranging delivery and collection of customer materials and responding to customer queries, taking ownership of issues and liaising internally to resolve.
Due GL Education’s continuing success we are creating a brand new platform enablement team. This team will sit outside of the current product engineering teams and will be led by the Head of Technology reporting into the CTO. The team’s remit is to provide technical and architectural leadership to GL Education, and support delivery streams with their goals.
As a Principal software developer you will be more experienced than a typical senior software developer. You will have the qualities of a tech lead, but wish to remain technical on an individual contributor career path.
