The International Consultant will be accountable for the development and delivery of strategic business growth across the European territory. They will develop quarterly plans to support continued growth and increase the market share of international schools, as well as working with existing customers to increase their use of the GL portfolio.
The lead contact with key individuals within centrally purchasing Multi Academy Trusts, as well as SLT, assessment and data leads and exam officers at schools within our most important multi academy trusts. Through these relationships we provide wide-ranging and in-depth support to teaching and learning in their schools.
The Education Advisor works with schools to help ensure they get the maximum value from the assessments that they have bought. It is largely a desk-based role with the potential for face to face interactions in the future, communicating with Senior Leaders and Data Managers in schools and MATs advising them on what more they could do with the reports they get from running our assessments in their schools.
A senior GL Manager and the number two in the HR team. The post holder will deputise for the Director of Human Resources as well as co-partnering with team on delivery of strategic initiatives. A true HR generalist, providing all-round operational support, progressing organisation development plans to attract and stretch diverse talent and drive staff engagement.
The HR Administrator will provide general administrative support within the HR team. The postholder will provide support to enable the delivery of a complete and comprehensive service to all GL Education employees. Areas of involvement will be recruitment, general HR administration, training, employee relation, performance and absence management activities.
The Educational Psychologist Advisor will support the GL Assessment Product team in analysing and evaluating our SEND and clinical product portfolio with a view to helping develop our products to answer the needs of SEND practitioners and teachers in today’s environment.
