Published

Dubai, UAE, 7 November 2025: Renaissance, incorporating GL Education, is proud to announce ‘The Future of Connected Learning 2025’ conference in the Middle East. The one-day event, taking place on 14 November, is dedicated to exploring how data-driven strategies can transform teaching, learning and student wellbeing across UAE schools.

Hosted in Dubai, the conference will bring together school leaders, educators and data experts to share best practice, real-world insights and practical tools for strengthening curriculum planning, supporting inclusion and inspection-readiness. Attendees will hear directly from UAE schools that are leading the way in using assessment data to drive measurable impact.

The event will feature keynote presentations from global thought leaders including Russell John Cailey (Author, CEO & Founder, Elham Studio & Almach AI), Wajdi Manai (Senior Advisor to the Chairperson, Sharjah Private Education Authority), Dr. Funke Baffour-Awuah (Corporate Head of Wellbeing, GEMS Education) and Todd Brekhus (Chief Product Officer at Renaissance) alongside sessions showcasing innovations in literacy, wellbeing and assessment. Delegates will also gain insights into Renaissance’s suite of products which are designed to help students build the skills they need for success.

Paul Robinson, Vice President International Sales at Renaissance, commented: “We are delighted to launch our Future of Connected Learning conference in the Middle East. While many schools across the region know us primarily for our assessments from GL Education, such as NGRT and CAT4, our global portfolio now includes over 15 solutions – spanning assessment, teaching and learning tools, and data analytics.

“With more than 40 years of experience building impactful products for international schools, we are proud to support schools across the Middle East. This event is our way of bringing the best of Renaissance directly to them – and of celebrating the incredible schools who are leading the way. We’ve seen first-hand the effort many have made to embrace technology, take data-driven action and accelerate learning for their students. It’s a moment to recognise that progress and inspire even more.”

‘The Future of Connected Learning 2025’ is open to school leaders, assessment and data leads, inclusion and SEND coordinators, curriculum and literacy leads and wellbeing professionals. The agenda includes expert panels, networking opportunities and an awards ceremony celebrating excellence in data-led practice.
