Senior Director for Finance
As Senior Director for Finance, Phil is responsible for upgrading the systems we use across our global team, collaborating with our counterparts in the US, as part of a large-scale company project to invest in the best-in-class tools we need to scale our organisation for the future.
Phil has previously worked in the financial sector first in an accounting firm, then moving to work for a leading UK bank. Before joining Renaissance in 2022, he moved to the Netherlands to join a start-up FinTech company.
