Phil Kelso
VP Operations
As VP of Operations, Phil is responsible for all operational teams in the global division. Including our warehouse, customer support and commercial operations teams. As part of this he led a large-scale company project to invest in the best-in-class tools we need to scale our organisation for the future.
Phil has previously worked in the financial sector first in an accounting firm, then moving to work for a leading UK bank. Then moving on to work in both the LegalTech and FIntech space before joining Renaissance in 2022.
